Weekly Reports

Please be reminded -

1.      Your weekly report is due on Monday.

2.      Please quantify your output. Eg, typed 10 pages, scanned 5 pages, did 2 pages of English curriculum.

3.      Use past tense, active verbs and short summaries when writing your Weekly Report.

4.      You are using a simple format if you just come on board. In this version of the weekly report, you are required to jot down your daily tasks and rename the sheet to the report date. E.g. (3rd Sept-7th Sept).

Those who have been here for at least 2 months and have proven performance are given a more advanced format because you will have more responsibilities. In this format, there will be a new interface called a Calendar which allows you to hyperlink one sheet to another sheet. This will reduce the clutter and ease the navigation of your Weekly Report. Also, one sheet will represent a month now, with 4-5 weeks depending on the month as seen in the pictures below.
