Application Steps

For local students who want to do a part time internship or community service work on weekends, please send an e-mail of intention to manager@ehomemaker.net and call 60377265273 for clarification.

For Foreign Interns/Full-Time Local Interns 


A) Screen yourself first. 


Interns must be willing to give their best professional impressions and contribution to our disadvantaged members, affiliate NGOs and partners, and the rural communities.


 Below is our preliminary screening:


1.   Are you a smoker?

2.   Do you have visible tattoos of skulls, devils, spirits on your body?
3.   Do you have heavy addiction to online games, ie, you can’t stop yourself from playing every hour or so even though you are working on an assignment on a computer?
4.   Do you hold your handphone in your hand everywhere you go and whatever you do?
5.   Do you feel unease, ‘lonely’, ‘something wrong’ if you are not connected with your friends via Facebook, Twitter or other social media every hour? 
6.   Do you have a habit of sleeping very late at night surfing the Net or living in the cyberworld so much so that you are always late for office, events, classes the next day?


If you answer ‘yes’ to any of the questions above, please do not proceed with the application. Thank you for your interest.


B) Send the answers of the questions below to ‘manager@ehomemaker.net’ along with your application.

2. How can you contribute to the position?
3. What is the intended start date and end date?
4. Have you read the ‘renumeration’ part of the application? 

Fill in Application Form and scan/send the first page of your passport. Send us your Facebook name, and/or LinkedIn ID, and contacts of three referees.



C) Agree to - 'Remuneration and Other Requirements for Undergraduates/Graduates'.

Evaluation (You will be evaluated according to the following points). A testimonial letter will be given to you upon internship completion stating the number of work days you have interned and your performance. eHomemakers will only recommend interns whose performance are at least 'average'.

Interns who are constantly on handphones/social media, behave unprofessionally and who treat their internship lightly will be asked to leave after two weeks.
