How To Live Life on Purpose - Materializing Your Vision

Key #1: Evaluate Where You Are Right Now.

If you don’t know where you are, you’ll never know when you get to the next level.
1)     What is holding you back from growing in any area of your life?
2)     Who or what is influencing or limiting you?
3)     Is it small thinking, small planning, or small vision?
4)     What power- past, present or future- controls you?
5)     What do you see as the treasure of your heart?

Key#2: Overcome Complacency

The way to overcome complacency is to get off the plateau you are on and leave something behind. Someone once said ,”One half of knowing what you want is knowing what you must give up before you get it”.

Key#3: Do What You Can Do Today To Come Closer To Your Potential Tomorrow

Rome
wasn't built in a day. You can’t change everything about your life overnight. The best way to stay motivated and to win your race is to just keep doing a little extra each and every day. When you approach from moving from where you are in bite-sized steps, before long you will find yourself where you want to be.

Key#4: Persistence Pays Off

With persistence, it paid off. The difference between ordinary and extraordinary is that little extra “push or oomphs,” that little extra effort.

Key#5: Form Habits That Produce Results

Don’t Accept the Limitation of people around you.
Remember who you are and stay positive.
No one can hold you down unless you give him or her permission.
Zig Ziglar has an acronym for this. He says, “Don’t be a SNIOP!”
A SNIOP is someone who is Susceptible to the Negative Influences of Other People.

Key#6: Live by vision, not by history (past) or current events (present circumstances)

Let us emphasize again how important it is to clearly define where you are today and where you are going in the future. If you haven’t already done this, take the time right now to go back and write out your vision and goals. Then start talking like a visionary so people will know what you believe and what your belief can do for your life.
